Evening school students vouchers

The Ministry provides a free scholarship program for evening school students as part of the Jeddah Governorate slum removal project.

This scholarship allows students to attend private schools during the day instead of in the evening.

After registering and logging in, you can use our interactive map or search to browse schools and find the one that best matches your child's needs. Here are different methods to do so:

Search for schools using the search bar
1. Find it at the top of the screen to type a school name to quickly find specific schools by typing in their names.

Explore schools on the interactive map
1. The Map view is ideal for finding schools near a specific area or neighborhood.
2. Use the map to find schools in a specific location.
3. Look for colored pins on the map which represent different schools.
4. You can zoom in and out and scroll around the map to discover schools near your desired area.

Additional tips

Click "Switch to List View" in the top-right corner to switch to list view with more school details.
Click "Filters" next to the search bar to narrow your search by specific filters, such as level, gender, or fee range.

How to accept the contract

As a parent, you must wait for the school to send you the new contract proposal after submitting your application form.

Application notification process

After the school reviews your application and accepts it, the school admin will send the contract for parent approval and once accepted, the parent will be notified via email and SMS.

Contract review and acceptance

Navigate to the Contracts tab
Check that all your details are correct
Tick the "Terms and Conditions" box to show you agree with the contract
Click the "Accept" button.

Cancellation policy

Please note that once you accept the contract, if you decide to cancel for any reason, we will not return the non-refundable fees to you.

How to make the payment

Step 1: Confirm the contract and read the e-mail from us

After you accept the contract, we will email further instructions to the address you provided during registration. You will also receive a SMS from us at the phone number provided during registration.

Step 2: Navigate to the My payments tab

Log into your Madares account and go to the "My payments" tab to make the tuition payment.
Find your contract in the list and select "Pay Now" from the action menu in the table.
You can preview the contract to review the financial information and payment methods it includes.

Step 3: Pay

Click "Pay Now"
We will redirect you to a secure payment gateway where you can complete the process by entering your card details.
